About the DCCC: The DCCC (DCCC) is the official national Democratic campaign committee charged with electing Democrats to the U. S. House of Representatives. The DCCC recruits Democratic candidates and supports Democratic campaigns – both challengers and Democratic incumbent Members – with a variety of services including field operations, fundraising support, communications assistance, research support and management consulting. In addition, the DCCC’s Independent Expenditure supports these campaigns with television, radio and other voter contact efforts. The DCCC is supported by the contributions of individuals and organizations, along with Democratic Members, from throughout the country. We look for talented and hard-working campaign professionals who are committed to electing more Democrats and taking back the House majority.

Position Summary: The Office Manager’s is responsible for overseeing the day-today operations of the CA headquarters.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Assist the COO and Deputy COO with a wide range of projects;
  • Provide administrative support to the CA headquarters;
  • Support Regional Political Director and Political staff in organizing meetings, staffing events, preparing materials, and special projects;
  • Coordinate the DCCC internship program for the CA headquarters;
  • Order and maintain office supplies;
  • Manage calendar for conference rooms and provide support for internal meetings; and
  • Other duties as needed.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Superior time management, planning, organizational and communications skills;
  • Self-motivated and detail oriented;
  • Ability to work well with multiple personalities;
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at once;
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced environment;
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft Suite;
  • Dedication to electing Democratic members to the House of Representatives.
