National Regional Field Director
Reports To: National Field Director and Deputy National Field Director
About the DCCC: The DCCC is the official national Democratic campaign committee charged with electing Democrats to the U. S. House of Representatives. The DCCC recruits Democratic candidates and supports Democratic campaigns – both challengers and Democratic incumbent Members – with a variety of services including field operations, fundraising support, communications assistance, research support and management consulting. In addition, the DCCC’s Independent Expenditure supports these campaigns with television, radio and other voter contact efforts. The DCCC is supported by the contributions of individuals and organizations, along with Democratic Members, from throughout the country. We look for talented and hard-working campaign professionals who are committed to electing more Democrats and taking back the House majority.
Position Summary: The DCCC is hiring National Regional Field Directors for the 2018 campaign cycle. The RFDs report directly to the National Field Director and Deputy National Field Director, and are primarily responsible for management and oversight of all field operations for a designated region of the country. RFDs will work within their regional pod and department to advocate for field investments, and implement voter contact and GOTV programs in target races. They will work directly with district field directors to ensure that the field operations are meeting programmatic priorities and that the campaign is on track to win. Additionally, the RFDs are responsible for the day to day voter database management needed to support field programs on the ground. The position will be based in Washington, D.C., however applicants should expect to travel to their region on a regular and frequent basis.
